The Basic Steps
- Turn On
- Wake computer,
- Launch room system,
- Attach and turn on lav mic.
- Tune in
- Open teaching materials (e.g. PowerPoint),
- Log in to NYU Home,
- Navigate to Brightspace course site.
- Teach
- Launch Zoom meeting,
- Arrange session,
- Record Zoom meeting.
- Turn off
- End Zoom meeting,
- Restart computer,
- Shut down room system.
